Process ::
We have developed a proprietary process for conceptualizing, planning,
and executing solutions to complex business problems.
Without careful planning and execution, any of these three aspects of
a successful web presence - Technology, Creativity, and Marketing - could
overpower the others and decrease the effectiveness of the whole site.
To ensure that all aspects remain in balance and everything stays on track
toward meeting the site's goals, Interia team has clearly defined a comprehensive
process including six phases, and always keeps clients informed on the
progress of the project.
Clarify :: Understanding your business
and your brand is the critical first step. We work with you to clearly
understand your immediate needs and long-term goals, the competitive landscape,
and your operating and technical environment. We strive to define on your
business objectives and to create a strategic plan of action. We define
criteria by which the success of the project will be assessed. We also
establish project scope, budget, and a detailed work plan.
Architect :: What
will the solution be? Who will use it and how? What will it do? How will
it work? What will it look like?
Once we agree on project objectives, we define the functional, technical,
and creative requirements. We document them and work with you to refine
them. We also build a demo or prototype to test our concept.
Design :: Once structural basics are in place, we complete information, interaction, and interface design. We develop content and refine the technology architecture. The process is iterative, and facilitated by our project extranet. The result is a working prototype of the deliverable, ready for usability testing and refinement.
Implement
:: We now build the final product. If required, we integrate the solution
with your existing systems. We test and quality assure the deliverable
and make sure you understand how to manage and maintain it.
Quality Assurance
:: Interia is one of the few interactive providers with a dedicated
quality assurance team. This team is responsible for ensuring quality
from a technological and usability point of view.
Promote :: Multilingual versions of your presentation; registration with the main search engines (both West and East European); design of spectacular advertising banners; preparation of advertising media for printing; corporate identities and branding.
Enhance :: For a period after launch, we will monitor and analyze how the solution performs against the success criteria we have defined in the Clarify phase. We also complete documentation for the project and present our ideas on how to approach the next generation of the solution. We can also conduct training sessions, or help staff your organization to support the new solution.
